As much as we’d like him to do so, our official judge has flat-out refused to sit on our dock all night waiting for the ice to melt at 4 a.m. :)

Ice was 5 to 6″. I saw catches of smelt from 50 to 75 or more by 11pm. I met a great group of guys having a good time. I will be back next week.
